Click on Change of Address, on the left nav menu, Do this only if you have Receipt numbers, first it asks you to fill Electronic AR-11 for DOS then updates address on USCIS System.

They don't verify anything. They ask you to fill in a form I don't remember the form number. I remember they were asking your full name, SSN, Address in US, Country of citizenship, place of birth, your father's and mother's first name.

Immigration Visa Attorney Blog Has Just Posted the Following:
Still not too late to apply for an H-1B (http://www.fongandchun.com/lawyer-attorney-1477281.html). New H-1B quota figures as of September 10, 2010:
Out of the 65,000 cases that can be approved for H-1B this year, 37,400 cases have been receipted by USCIS for the regular Bachelor's degree H-1B quota. This is up from 36,600 cases which were received since September 3, 2010.
Approximately 13,700 cases have been receipted by USCIS for the advanced degree H-1B quota, a slight increase of about 300 cases filed since September 3, 2010 when approximately 13,400 cases had been received.
October 1, 2010 is around the corner. People with newly approved H-1Bs will soon be able to begin employment. First time applicants can still continue to submit applications for H-1B status until the entire H-1B quota is exhausted. I'll keep you updated on the cap count, so check back soon. ---ecf

Hi,
Find below my current visa status
1. H1B 6 years completing in Jul 2009. My firm will apply for extension in March time frame
2. I have applied for I-485 and have EAD + AP.
I am planning to travel to India for a week on AP sometime in May. I have the following Qs on this
1. Can I travel to India with AP when H1B extn is pending.
2. Will I face any issue while entering the US if my H1B is denied (or) there is an RFE on my appln?
Please answer these for me.

I was trying to know what are the possibility of those people who have ported successfully and still got their GC approved.
I realized that people who already got their GC won't be visiting this site. But, if you have known somebody who did, vote on the poll please.
1. Changed jobs --> interview --> got GC (no RFE)
2. Changed jobs --> RFE --> invoke AC21 --> interview --> got GC (invoke AC21 only when requested)
3. Changed jobs --> invoke AC21 --> interview --> got GC (invoke AC21 voluntarily, but no more RFE)
4. Changed jobs --> invoke AC21 --> RFE --> interview --> got GC (invoke AC21 voluntarily, but still get a RFE later)

Both for me and wife card production was ordered but my EAD (primary applicant ) is not yet received. my wife got hers last friday 7-16-2010.
Should I be concerned? What if the postal service missed/lost it?

Silvergate did academic evaluation for me for my I-140 and they did an excellent job on my case which i needed rushed and they gave me efficient next day processing. I had contacted other evaluation services first who would take longer and were more expensive. I definitely recommend them.

My wife is on H1 since Oct 2009. No paystubs. Now she want to come back on H4. Her H4 stamping expired. I have my H1 renewed in Oct 2009 and need stamping.
What are the best and low risk options to convert to H4 status. Please advice
